Well, the dog appears to be just standing there, although it might be the breed...is he/she a puppy?

his head needs to be turned all the way facing us, by the ears it looks although his head it turned somewhat to the left. His face should be up higher...

It looks like a Cierra Chihuahua to me... if it is, yes, that is a puppy.
And it looks like it's just standing there to me also.
I could pose him/her if you want.
