Fairly simple. One person asks a question starting with "When was the last time you" and finishes the question. The next person answers and give a new question with the same beginning.
Example:
Person 1:
When was the last time you ate cheese?
Person 2:
Yesterday
When was the last time you listened to music?
And so on.
I'll start with: When was the last time you played petz?
